Within this time scale, not only have we been looking after all local businesses and the general public, we have been fortunate enough to sub-contract to all main agents here locally and within the boundaries of Suffolk and Essex.
We offer a 24hr windscreen, side and rear glass replacement service on cars, light vans and commercial motor vehicles.
We operate a mobile service and of course fit and carry out all types of repair at our fully equipped workshop. We only ever use the very best sealers and bonding systems in our replacement glass service, thus all our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years.
With the great experience that our long serving staff has, we feel we can cover most automotive glass needs and can guide and help customers through all of their restoration work.
Our services cover many aspects of glazing in the automotive industry from windscreen/door glass replacement, sun roofs, window tinting, side glass van conversions, windscreen and sun roof repairs and the resealing of cars to prevent water ingress and plant glass. Not satisfied with just glazing, we can also re-trim your headlining!
Details of Services:
Windscreen/Rear and Side Glasses
All products are supplied by 4 of the major suppliers and therefore, we can normally compress work within a 24-48 hr time table.
With door glass work, we offer a temporary repair service to keep the customer mobile until the correct item is located and fitted, normally within 24 hours.
To make things easy for customers in their busy lives, we direct bill most insurance companies, where comprehensive cover is in place, often with the customer paying perhaps a reduced excess. With insurance companies now raising the excess, some replacements can be done cheaper than this, so it is worthwhile calling us to check prices. There will be an excess sum on your insurance certificate, however sometimes this is difficult to find and we can help you through this.
Our current chip repair is £25.00 +VAT per chip and £5.00 +VAT for any subsequent chip.
Sunroofs
Sunroofs are not as popular as they used to be, but you cannot beat the feeling of the sun roof being open on a nice day.
As Webasto fitting agents, we offer a full range of sun roofs for the basic tip up (101) to the factory style Webasto 700 range. In between these two options the spoiler roof is very popular with its stylish looks and light open air feeling.
Being authorised agents for Webasto UK Ltd, our full range of roofs can be viewed at www.open-air-feeling.com, but for the more disconcerting customer please call us and we can discuss the suitability of our range of sun roofs for your vehicle and send out all information required.
If you have a problem with your existing sunroof, again please call us or call in and we can repair and reseal accordingly.
Window Tinting
We supply and fit the Llumar window film as this is considered to be very best in the automotive industry; we carry a wide range of colours and offer a very high and professional standard of work (glass is removed where necessary to get a factory finish). Many consider our prices to be the best in this area.
Car Headlining
We are fortunate enough to have experienced trimmers who can re-trim your headlining.
Headlinings can discolour through smoking or general age and we can re-trim back to standard.
Or if you just fancy a change in colour, this can be undertaken. We can also accommodate restorations on older vehicles.
Saab, Volvo and B L range of automobile are our speciality.
Side Van Conversions
With our access to side glasses from major suppliers and our ability to cut flat laminate glass, we can supply and fit a full range of side glasses to your van. We cut the hole and glaze the glass in.

Where manufacturers use metal panels in place of the glazing, we can also convert back to glass. However, this may have an effect on VAT on the vehicle, please call us and we can advise further.
Plant Glazing
Here we can cut flat, laminated glass and supply original toughened glass for: Tractors, Diggers, Fork-Lifts and most Plant. We also can supply and fit coach glasses working with a supplier who carries a very comprehensive stock.
We keep a good selection of rubber sections and trim, which help finish the job off.
Water Ingress
Here we feel we have the expertise to solve many of the problems that water poses.
Car's can leak through windscreens, sun roofs, tail lights, seams, doors, almost anything and helping you solve this water problem is hopefully where we can help.
